Trade Policy Updates

On Thursday, January 18, 2018, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) published two general notices in the Federal Register to announce that February 24, 2018 will be the effective date for core drawback filings in the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE), and the transition of Reconciliation from the Automated Commercial System (ACS) to ACE.
