The Peru Trade Promotion Agreement (PTPA) interim regulations, effective November 3, 2011, were published in the federal register of the same date, and are available from GPO Access at: http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/FR-2011-11-03/pdf/2011-28471.pdf. They are also available, along with the TPA text, implementation instructions and other useful documents, by searching �Peru� on CBP.gov and selecting the �Peru (PTPA)� Smart Link.
