Trade Policy Updates
In ACS, if a filer filed a FT transmission for a Zone to Zone admission with a PTT (Permit to Transfer), the old ACS FTZ application generated a 1W back to the filer authorizing the PTT. In the scenario above, the new ACE FTZ application will not generate a 1W back to the filer and will instead send a single B8 message indicating both the admission and PTT are authorized.
