On 12/14/2017 ACE set the Deauthorization Date for the General System of Preferences (GSP) Trade Special Claim, Special Program Indicator (SPI) "A". A flag that specifies how the Country of Export is to be reported was inadvertently set to an incorrect value. This resulted in summaries rejecting with an error, "612-CE NOT ALLOWED FOR SP CLAIM".
The issue has been corrected and those summaries that rejected can be resubmitted for processing.
