Please be advised the ACE CERTIFICATION Environment has been experiencing issues with the processing of the Statement Update (SU)functionality on Thursday, November 9, 2017.
ACE-CERTIFICATION is not responding to SU messages being transmitted by the trade. CBP is working to identify and resolve the issue.
Another CSMS will be sent to notify the trade to resume testing of this functionality.
