CBP is aware of an issue where some AX messages are being sent out with blank lines for rejected AE’s. We believe this is happening in a limited set of submissions where there are errors within PGA data where two PG01 records immediately following each other. CBP plans to deploy a fix for this issue next week on Thursday, November 9, 2017.
In the interim, CBP recommends trade participants do one of the following in these situations:
1. Break up the PGA data
2. Submit an SE with PGA data
3. Correct the PGA data errors
