CBP is aware of an issue that started Sunday morning, October 22, 2017, where ACE Cargo Release entries referencing Air waybills associated with Permit to Proceed (PTP) movements are rejecting with a NO BILL MATCH error.
CBP expects to have this resolved shortly, at which time the Trade will need to amend the air waybills associated to these rejected entries. Another CSMS will be issued when resolved.
