The Tranche 2 Sugar opening occurring October 18, 2017 did NOT fill or oversubscribe. Entry summaries submitted in accordance with 19 CFR 132 in proper form, with the appropriate HTS combination, may be released. Ports of entry should release cargo unless there are other pending examination or review requirements. Cargo release provided for these shipments is valid and authorized.
