AT THE PORT OF 2101 (PORT ARTHUR). CBP IS EXTENDING AN ADDITIONAL DAY, WITHOUT
PENALTY, FOR ANY ENTRY SUMMARIES AND PAYMENT OF DUTIES THAT WILL BE DUE
