Several trading partners have reported since yesterday, August 24th, about not getting electronic data interchange (EDI) responses from some ACE applications in the CERTIFICATION environment. If you are still having issues receiving EDI responses from ACE CERT, please report it to your assigned CBP Client Representative, with specifics on which EDI message transaction type(s) and when the messages were sent to CBP/ACE.

Trade partners that are experiencing "no response" in CERT, please have your Middleware staff first check your MQ Server Queue Manager logs for sequence number errors. If these errors are found, please issue a channel reset seqnum command to resolve the connection to CBP.

This instruction does NOT apply to MQ Client connections and if you have further questions, please email MQSTAFFOPS@cbp.dhs.gov for assistance and cc: your client representative.
