CBP is aware that there that the ACE system is currently experiencing delays in processing Entry Summary, Cargo Releases and Cargo Release Queries. There will be a delay in trade getting Entry Summary (AX), Cargo Release (SX) and Cargo Release Query Responses.
ACE Technical Staff are aware of this issue and is actively trouble shooting the issue.
All CBP ports with Trade Filers should follow downtime procedures.
A CSMS message will be issued once the issue is resolved.
