ACE Portal Accounts

In addition to the ACE Portal login problems, the DHS/CBP network issues have been preventing Participating Government Agencies (PGAs) from communicating with CBP. Consequently ‘PGA Data reviews’ and ‘May-Proceeds’ will be delayed going out to trade. In some cases CBP Release may be delayed as well.



Trade participants experiencing the portal and PGA/FDA response issues are encouraged to present screen prints at the Ports of their manifests and any other forms needed to satisfy Prior Notice.



DHS personnel are actively working the issue and hope to resolve very soon. As soon as the network issues are resolved, the PGA message backlogs will be processed.
