CBP is aware of an issue related to receipt of the eBond Bond Status Messages (BS) and receipt of the Create Bond application (CX), as well as the ability to process those messages. This issue is actively being worked and is expected to be resolved today. Another message will be sent when this issue is resolved in ACE production.
