UPDATE to Issues impacting ACE Portal & Entry Summary and Manifest processing issues in Prod:
CBP ACE has RESUMED processing of trade Manifest EDI messages and generating Responses. A backlog of these messages are being processed.
CBP technical staff continues to actively work on a resolution for the other ACE issues, mentioned in the earlier CSMS# 17-000426, and another Cargo System Messaging Service (CSMS) message will be issued upon any information update.
