Harmonized System Update (HSU) 1705 was created on June 30, 2017 and contains 476 ABI records and 93 harmonized tariff records.
Modifications were made as a result of Presidential Proclamation 9625, To Modify Duty-Free Treatment Underthe Generalized System of Preferences and for Other Purposes. These changes are effective July 1, 2017.
The Proclamation can be accessed using the link below…

Adjustments required by the verification of the 2017 Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) are included also.
The modified records are currently available to all ABI participants and can be retrieved electronically
