This is to notify the filers that the problem with the PGA correction (CA) transaction receiving the P00 PGA DATA MISSING PER PGA FLAG is also happening with tariff numbers that do not have any FDA flag at all. The earlier CSMS indicated that the CA's improperly rejecting involved a tariff number with a PGA flag for FDA. That is not the case.
The advice for filers on how to proceed while the CA transaction is not working remains the same as on the earlier CSMS. Refer to 17-000306 for that information.
