U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has updated an Automated Export System Trade Interface Requirements (AESTIR) appendix posted on CBP.gov. At the request of Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), ACE has removed the ECCNs listed in AESTIR Appendix F pertaining to license type C59.
