CBP recently deployed new enhancements to provide more accurate information in the status notification message. As part of the enhancements, disposition code “59: INBOND DOES NOT MATCH OR NOT ON FILE” is sent if an inbond was transmitted on SE but is not manifested or an inbond was deleted.
