Please note a CORRECTION to the suggested path to resolving yesterday's No Bill Match issues for some Air shipments: Instead of transmitting an ACE Cargo Release Update, please retransmit the latest Air Manifest shipment information via the Air BOL Change (FRC/FXC) or BOL Delete and Re-Add (FRX/FXX - FRI/FRC/FXI/FXC) transactions.



A software fix had been deployed to the ACE Production environment for an issue that was reported today, Monday, 4/3/2017, where incorrect notices of No Bill Match (on the ACE Cargo Release SO response message) were triggered for some ACE Air shipments that as of Sunday, 4/2/2017, were either created as split shipments; or non-split shipments that had been deleted and re-added.



If you have an ACE Cargo Release status of No Bill Match from this time frame and you have confirmed the bill is in the ACE Import Manifest system, please **retransmit the latest Air Manifest shipment information to get the cargo release entry accepted.
