A software fix has been deployed to the ACE Production environment for an issue that was reported today, Monday, 4/3/2017, where incorrect notices of No Bill Match (on the ACE Cargo Release SO response message) were triggered for some ACE Air shipments that as of Sunday, 4/2/2017, were either created as split shipments; or non-split shipments that had been deleted and re-added.



If you have an ACE Cargo Release status of No Bill Match from this time frame and you have confirmed the bill is in the ACE Import Manifest system, please transmit an ACE Cargo Release Update to get the cargo release entry accepted.
