Delays in Cargo Release Responses (SX messages) for ACE Entry Summaries (AE) certified for ACE Cargo Release have now been RESOLVED. The issue began approximately 12:15pm ET and all message backlogs have been cleared by 14:30 ET. Normal processing of ACE messages has resumed.
