CBP is aware of the ACE system currently experiencing delays in Cargo Release Responses (SX messages) for ACE Entry Summaries (AE) certified for ACE Cargo Release. The issue began approximately 12:15pm ET. The message backlog is being processed right now and ACE Technical Staff are actively monitoring the issue.
Another CSMS will be issued upon availability of more information.
