Please be advised that U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is aware that some export trade users may be experiencing issues launching the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) AESDirect module via the ACE Portal. CBP technical staff is actively working on a resolution and will notify the trade via Cargo System Messaging Service (CSMS) once the issue has been resolved. Exporters filing (EEIs) via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), or 3rd party software vendor are not affected by this issue.
