The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has posted an updated PGA Message Set document to cbp.gov at the below link:
• DEA Implementation Guide for ACE V2.5, January 5, 2017

Summary of Changes
• Update of parent/child relationship of records (IF).
• Replace terms “product” and “component” for clarity.
