Trade Policy Updates

Trade members who are testing drawback in certification are now able to obtain “dummy” entry summaries. These summaries should be used as the underlying imports on your drawback claim. We are asking Trade to follow the below guidelines:

1. Each filer will be initially be given a maximum of 25 summaries. Once all requests have been processed, additional summaries will be given out.

2. Claim amounts and quantity amounts should not exceed the total amounts/quantities on the summary. Doing so, will exhaust the summary.

3. The underlying data for each entry summary is identical for all entries you will obtain in this round of testing.

To obtain your initial 25 entry summary numbers, please contact Dave corn at dcorn@dutydrawback.com or Michael Cerny at mvcerny@globalcustoms.net.
