IATA has provided CBP an abbreviated version of the Cargo XML message set for the air export manifest. This provides instructional guidelines for filing air export manifest data with CBP when using the Cargo XML transaction set. CBP has programed the IATA Cargo XML, MMM XML, IATA Cargo IMP and Air CAMIR version for the export pilot in air. The IATA Cargo XML is published at the below link along with other message sets for air export manifests filers.

As the Cargo XML transaction set is for the air export pilot we may have changes in final regulations to data elements and processes that are not reflective in the current version.
