Please be advised a fix was deployed to production on October 21, 2016 at 2:15 PM to resolve the ongoing issue of ACE Truck Manifest carriers receiving “Entry Not on File” notifications for ACE Cargo Release Entries remaining in Admissible status.
Please note this fix should also resolve the failures to post 1C Release notifications for Released Entries to carriers in other modes of transportation.
If you have experienced these issues after the aforementioned date and time, please contact your Client Representative.
