Please be advised that there is a known issue preventing certain Protest Filers from retrieving data in ACE Reports. The cause of this issue has been identified and the ACE Reports team is working the ACE operations and maintenance group to take corrective action. A follow-up message will be sent once the issue has been resolved.
This issue does not impact all users so any Protest Filers currently able to retrieve data in ACE Reports may continue using the tool.
