CBP Policy documents have been updated to address the exclusion of FTZ Weekly (Entry Type 06) filings for Remote Location Filing (RLF). Filers ARE allowed to file RLF for the following entry types: 01, 02, 03, 06 (including FTZ Weekly Filings), 07, 11,12, 21, 22, 23, 31, 32, 34, 38, 51 and 52. The RLF website on CBP.gov has been updated to reflect this change. The RLF website address is copied below:

Updates to the ACE Entry Summary Business Rules to reflect this change will be published soon. If there are any questions or concerns regarding this message, please contact Mr. Randy Mitchell, Director, Commercial Operations Revenue and Entry Division at randy.mitchell@cbp.dhs.gov.
