The Food And Drug Administration will be deleting the following CDRH product code below effective 10/31/2016. Use of the deleted code after that date will result in a data transmission error. The correct code to use moving forward is listed beneath the code that will be deleted. The correct code should be used immediately to expedite FDA processing.
The following product code will be deleted effective 10/31/16:

88P--PM – General purpose reagent
