The delay in ACE Cargo Release sending SO (Cargo Release Status Notifications) messages to the trade, as mentioned in CSMS# 16-000817, were RESOLVED as of 22:45 ET last night, 9/13/2016. Normal Cargo Release message processing resumed at that time.
Please contact your assigned CBP Client Rep if you have further issues with missing SO messages.
