The sporadic delays with ACE Cargo Release SO (Cargo Release Status Notifications) and SX (Cargo Release Accept/Reject) response messages to the trade has been RESOLVED. As of approximately 16:15 EDT, normal processing of Cargo Release transactions and responses has resumed.
