Effective immediately, trouble tickets for cancellation of an entry, where the cancellation was submitted without a port code, will be returned, with the direction to resubmit the cancellation request with a port code. By including a port code, the request will then be routed to the appropriate in-box at the port, so that the request can be approved in a timely manner.
