Please be advised that the ACE Entry Summary deployment this morning, Tuesday, August 16, 2016 has run over the expected outage window. It is estimated that ACE Entry Summary (AE) will be processing again at approx. 7:45 am ET.

CES-5665: Bypass LPC Required Validation for LPC Code 01 When an AE is submitted with the LPC code 01 the following validations will not be performed:
687- LIC/CERT/PERM REQUIRED
688-LIC/CERT/PERM FOR HTS MISSING
