Please be advised that CBP is aware of the ACE summaries rejecting “ENTRY SUMMARY UNDER CBP CONTROL” when the summary is retransmitted after an “HP” transaction is performed.
The ACE technical team is currently researching the issue to resolve the problem.
A follow up CSMS message will be issued once the issue has been resolve.
