CBP is aware of an issue with ACE entries having NHTSA data that are incorrectly receiving a "P50 MISSING PG10 PER PGA" even though a PG10 record is provided. The issue appears to be specific to Box 3 Canadian entries. A fix for this issue is being deployed today, July 11, 2016 at 1300 ET. The deployment should last no longer than 15 minutes. Any entries that received this error incorrectly can be resubmitted after 1315 ET today.
