U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has updated Partner Government Agency (PGA) Message Set supporting documentation on CBP.gov. Below is the name and location of the updated PGA document:
• Agency Tariff Code to Agency Program Cross Reference - This document is the cross reference between the tariff codes and the government agency program codes, to be used when submitting PGA data via the PGA Message Set in ACE.
On this update,the AM5 code was removed and an AM3 code (USDA/Agricultural Marketing Service Data Related to marketing orders may be required) was added for AMS.
