The CBP Form 3461: Entry/Immediate Delivery is the form that accompanies Non-ABI (full paper) entries when they are submitted to CBP. CBP has provided an updated version of the form to align with the ACE Cargo Release data elements. Trade filers should begin to use the ACE CBPF 3461 (02/16 version) for non-ABI entries on July 11, 2016. Effective July 23, 2016, CBP will no longer accept the prior version of the CBPF 3461 (10/09 version).
To access both versions of the CBP Form 3461 on CBP.gov, please use the following URL, and type in 3461 in the search field at the top of the page:
