On June 14, approximately 200 HTS codes were incorrectly updated to remove the FCC flagging, which resulted in transactions being rejected when the FCC data was submitted by the filer.
CBP has corrected the HTS codes to properly include the FCC flags. Any transactions that rejected should now be accepted upon submission. Please, contact your assigned Client Representative if you have additional issues.
