ACE previously would not allow an AD/CVD entry summary to be filed which included HTS numbers that were not listed as part of the applicable AD/CVD case record in the ACE AD/CVD Case Management Portal.
As of April 2, 2016, CBP has relaxed this validation to allow such AD/CVD entry summaries to be filed in ACE. In these cases, ACE will provide the following informational message:
E1 I548 CASE NOT APPLICABLE FOR TARIFF(S)
