Today, May 31, 2016, some ACE Cargo Release entries with FDA data are receiving the reject narrative UNKNOWN CONDITION CODE instead of the expected error message narrative. ACE is attempting to resolve this issue. It is occurring in both ACE Production and Certification environments.
In the meantime, to determine the proper error narrative, you can take the code and look up the narrative on the ACE PGA Error Code Dictionary.

Please note that the error code dictionary is a work in progress, so if you find that an error code you received on the AX or SX transaction isn't on the spreadsheet, send an email to michael.cooney@dhs.gov including the entry number.
