It has come to our attention that in the Ocean environment if a manifest hold exists at the time of entry and the vessel is within the Variable Release Window (5 days prior to EDA) the entry is not being posted to the bill. The posting of the entry will only occur once the hold has been removed. Until this issue is resolved we are asking the filers to please query the bill of lading and check the status to see if a hold is present, prior to reaching out to your Client Representative. Thank you.
