The trade is reminded, informal and commercial entries or entry summaries for quota merchandise should be filed in the Automated Commercial System (ACS) only. Foreign Trade Zone (type 06) and Temporary Importation Bond, entry type 23 may not be filed in Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) until all quota entry types have been fully deployed in ACE.

If you have any issues with transmitting quota entries or entry summaries in ACS, please contact your local assigned client representative for assistance. Thank you for your cooperation.
