Please be advised that CBP is aware of some ACE entries not receiving SO responses, impacting cargo release. Specifically, these entries have HTS codes flagged for a given PGA, and if that data is not provided, that generates a PU2 warning in the SX response which states “PGA DATA MSNG FOR HTS - NO ACTION REQD.” For entries with only the SX PU2 warning, SO messages are not being generated.
CBP is investigating this issue and will issue a CSMS upon resolution.
