The Agency Tariff Code to Agency Program Cross Reference file has been updated. Flagging codes for OMC were added. (OMC is the Department of State, Bureau of Oceans and International Environmental and Scientific Affairs, Office of Marine Conservation).

The ACE Appendix V (Government Agency Codes for ACE) has been updated. Code 'OSA' was changed to 'OMC', and the agency description was clarified. This code is for the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Oceans and International Environmental and Scientific Affairs, Office of Marine Conservation.
