Initiation of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Investigations: Truck and Bus Tires from the People’s Republic of China



On February 18, 2016, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) initiated its less-than-fair-value and countervailing duty investigations on “Truck and Bus Tires from the People’s Republic of China” (Initiation Notices). These investigations have been assigned the following case numbers: A-570-040 and C-570-041.
