Initiation of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Investigations: Certain Biaxial Integral Geogrid Products from the People’s Republic of China
On February 9, 2016, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) initiated its less-than-fair-value and countervailing duty investigations on “Certain Biaxial Integral Geogrid Products from the People’s Republic of China” (Initiation Notices). These investigations have been assigned the following case numbers: A-570-036 and C-570-037.
Scope and Opportunity to file Comments on the Scope of this Proceeding:
For a description of the scope of merchandise covered by these investigations, please see the supplemental information attached to this message. Consistent with Commerce’s practice, Commerce has set aside a period for interested parties to comment on the scope of this proceeding.
