Today, December 8, 2015, from approximately 0930 ET until 1142 ET, ACE Cargo Release Status Notifications (SO messages) were not being generated. The issue has been resolved, but the backlog continues to be processed.
CBP expects all Status Notifications to be sent by 1900 ET today. If you continue to encounter issues of not receiving these notifications after this time, please report the affected entry number to your assigned Client Representative.
