Availability of Scope Ruling and Anti-circumvention Determination Summaries for Active Antidumping & Countervailing Duty Orders.
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) has updated its website to include summaries of antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) scope rulings and anti-circumvention findings issued between 1990 and the present in the same location as the scope of each current AD/CVD order. These summaries, and the scope of each AD/CVD order, can be found by accessing the Commerce website at http://web.ita.doc.gov/ia/CaseM.nsf/136bb350f9b3efba852570d9004ce782?OpenView
