On November 17, 2015, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) initiated its less-than-fair-value and countervailing duty investigations on “Certain Iron Mechanical Transfer Drive Components from Canada and The People’s Republic of China” (Initiation Notices). These investigations have been assigned the following case numbers: A-570-032 (People’s Republic of China (China)), C-570-031 (China), and A-122-856 (Canada).
